AMAIA: "KAYA KO NA"

One of  Ayala Land's,( http://www.ayalaland.com.ph/) best pride, AMAIA now caters more affordable and reasonable price, the residential brand which will make your dreams come true.

In a matter of speaking, there is an AMAIA property for everyone.

The AMAIA SCAPES is for everyone who wants fresh air, green environment, and of course far from traffic. LOL. these land houses are located in the provinces like, Cavite, Lipa, and Laguna.

The  AMAIA STEPS, a mid-rise building which is right for a 20,000 earner... "May Condo ka na!"
For all you know, AMAIA's first project in the East is Amaia Steps Pasig Phase 1A.Launched on Dec. 12, 2012, it is a mid-rise project located along Eusebio Avenue, Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City. It is strategically nestled 6 Km. from Ortigas Business District and 4 Km. from C5. Establishments like Tiendesitas and Robinsons Galleria loom nearby.

Amaia Steps Bicutan Phase 1, in Paranaque, is right for those who opt to live 15 minutes away from the Makati Central Business District. Residents can bask in the comforts of its own amenities like 2 clubhouses and 2 swimming pools. other than that, this particular project also prides itself in a reading nook. Composed of 6 buildings, each one with an elevator. the buildings are designed utilizing an L shape which provides a more configuration that the standard linear shape.

Another one is in Sucat, Paranaque which is accessible from South Luzon Expressway via. Dr. A Santos(Sucat) Exit, from West Service Road, and from NAIA Road. Jeepneys and shuttle services come in handy.Amaia Steps Sucat is also close to commercial establishments such as Puregold, and Santana Grove and is mere 20-minute distance from the Makati Central Business District via Skyway.

Welcoming  residents in Amaia Steps Sucat is a suburban lifestyle retail strip, comprising of more than 30 retail shops, right along Dr. A Santos(Sucat Road). The project has a total of 9 buildings, each with an elevator. The building are designed using a mix linear and L shape configurations and arranged around a loop road for better circulation. Aside from the said courtyard, other common amenities of Amaia Steps Sucat are a multipurpose hall, function rooms, a swimming pool, children's play area, landscaped gardens,
a basketball court, a jogging loop and a meditation garden.
But if you want a fast-phasing lifestyle due to heavy workload, well, I might suggest the right place for you... It's the Amaia Skies Sta. Mesa South Tower that comprised 2 towers located at at Valenzuela St. corner V. Mapa Blvd. in Sta. Mesa. Another one is Amaia Skies Avenida North Tower which is located at Doroteo Jose St. in Sta. Cruz Manila. The North Tower is 35-storey high and comes with a total of 1,167 units.

But by far, Amaia's fastest selling project is Amaia Skies Cubao. Its Tower 2, located along Edsa-Cubao is the quieter side of the integrated development since it faces 5th Avenue. Amaia Skies Cubao Tower 2 cannot be missed because of its prominent landmark-a giant balloon along Edsa.

Amaia Skies Cubao Tower 2 definitely lives up to its name as it stands proud and high with a total of 35 levels. If that isn't impressive enough, it bears mentioning that the whole integrated development has 33 convenience retail units at the ground floor and will soon have a pedestrian access to Edsa.

Indeed, Amaia only has the best interest of its present and future residents in mind as it continues to think of ways and means to provide safe, tranquil, beautiful homes, spaces and havens that come at budget-friendly prices.

The tag line "KAYA KO NA" will prove that you can never go wrong in choosing AMAIA to be part of your life as the 3 major business industries, AYALA LAND, INC., MDC, and AYALA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION give you the assurance of  "Customer Satisfaction".

With Amaia, quality and affordability are all part of the same package.

SUMOSAM @ CITY OF PINES

SUMOSAM recently open its first Japanese Casual Dining at Technohub in Camp John Hay, Baguio City.

Job well done to the owners and partners of SUMOSAM, Mr. Marvin Agustin, Raymund Magdaluyo and Ricky Laudico who happens to be the geniuses behind the successful and fast growing SUMOSAM restaurant chain.

Just a little trivia, ka-Momsie about SUMOSAM'S great journey in offering Japanese casual cuisine. Before 2011, there were only four SUMOSAM in Metro Manila including one in Pampanga. But in less than two years, they were able to expand their stores nationwide, from up north at the Ayala mall, in Baguio, to down south at Centrio in CDO.
I was able to try their "Giant Sushi Maki" (width-2x2, Length-16inches)... Enough for two families. LOL.

KALAYAAN: THE MEMORY LIVES ON

Relive a proud moment in Philippine history in fundraising event ,

“KALAYAAN: A Battle Reenactment of the 1945 Liberation of Manila”
Buhay na Kasaysayan (BNK), MD Juan Enterprises (MDJE), in cooperation with Intramuros Administration (IA), Department of Tourism (DOT), and HERO Foundation, Inc. turn the spotlight on a glorious yet oft-neglected period in Philippine history via the benefit activity fundraiser dubbed as “KALAYAAN: A Battle Reenactment of the 1945 Liberation of Manila.”

It was, by all accounts, a grim era with the Japanese occupation at its tail end and leaving in its wake ghastly images of precious lives wasted and the once-proud city of Manila reduced into ruins. But then again, only in reliving that fateful moment will the lessons borne out of the horrors of war be perpetuated for future generations to learn and draw inspiration from.

The very first of its kind held in Manila, “KALAYAAN: A Battle Reenactment of the 1945 Liberation of Manila” was performed at the grounds of the Old PC Cuartel on Sta. Lucia Street, Intramuros, Manila last March 24, 2013, Sunday at 4:30 PM.

Bask in the grandeur of the years immediately before and after World War II as authentic vintage military vehicles were put on display and simulated explosions and battle scenes using pyrotechnics and a recorded narration of the events taking place were carried out. Media and guests who are encouraged to attend in full 1940s regalia were treated to an exhibit featuring the gear used in the performance as music from that period engulfs the air.

Proceeds from the event will go entirely to the HERO Foundation, Inc. (HERO), a private organization established in 1988 by former President Corazon C. Aquino together with then AFP Chief of Staff Gen. Renato de Villa to provide educational assistance to children or dependent siblings of Filipino soldiers who are killed or completely incapacitated while in action. After 25 years and supporting 2,376 scholar orphans, HERO is now led by Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala as chairman together with several prominent business leaders of the country.

HERO strongly believes in the time-tested mantra that education is the best weapon against poverty and tyranny. By helping the children and other dependents of war heroes obtain a college or university degree, or a certificate in a vocational course, future heroes can hopefully be produced.

For more information, visit http://herofoundation.com.ph/ or you may also contact HERO’s hotline at 0917-822HERO (4376).
