CLASSIC GUMBO ( Classic Louisiana Creole soup flavored with Andouille sausage and minced chicken)

SEAFOOD BOILING BAG ( Mud crabs, fresh water prawns, South Pacific clams, green mussels, Manila clams with Andouille sausage, potatoes and sweet corn)

KANSAS CITY RIBS ( Pork ribs marinated overnight and slow cooked for a tender and juicy barbeque, served with corn on the cob and dirty rice)
