ZARZUELA @ Shangrila Mall EDSA

Nowadays, Filipino kids usually patronize Western food, the fanatics of fries, burgers, pizza, etc. And reality bites, these things are just okay with us. : )

But when I tried  this ZARZUELA's specialties...? Oh, I've been  missing a lot of our authentic Filipino dishes. LOL.
ZARZUELA, a "Play of Filipino Flavors" brought me back in times when I was young. It is so original and the price is really reasonable and affordable.

They wanna share to us what "Authentic Food" is all about. Even your kids will love the taste.
The ambiance is so cool and it's advisable for casual conversation.
I'm sure with the kind of food they serve, ZARZUELA will be on top in the food industry.

Ka-Momsie, you may try the following: Superb in taste... :)

                                   COWBOY SISIG - P199.00

                                                             CALLOS MADRILENA- P489.00

PINANGAT- P 229.00 (Tender gabi leaves stuffed with strips of pork belly and slow cooked in rich coconut cream. Good for sharing.)

SPANISH STYLE BANGUS BELLY SARDINES- P319.00

Two thumbs up to Chef Christina Tiaoqui-Imperial  for her brilliant ideas of a Filipino cuisine.
