Homemade Patties (pork with chicken liver)

Hi, mga Ka-Momsie! Para sa mga working at night and yucky ang taste ng chicken liver for them, let me share one of my fave food and how to cook it, so you won't mind it having chicken liver. Super duper easy to prepare. This is also nice for the kids. Try it!

Ingredients:
1/4 kg- chicken liver -If masipag ka (minced), If tamad ka (chopped) If sosy ka (i-blender mo na, light lang ha)
1/4 kg - ground pork
cloves of garlic  (minced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 eggs
flour
3 tbsp.- oyster sauce
Maggi Magic Sarap Mix
white pepper
sugar 
iodized salt 

Procedure:
Just mix all the ingredients and get 1 spoonful of mixed ingredients then deep fry it.
Best for burger bun, pang-ulam , or even pang-pulutan.
Suggested dips: mayo or ketchup;
vinegar if pang pulutan
